Suddenly Dance Theater’s 9th Romp! A festival of independent dance will take place October 13-15 2006, at Metro Studio Theatre in Victoria, British Columbia. There are 10 events over 3 days! This years program features choreographers: Jung Chung, Sara Coffin, Hoskins, Donna B. Isobel, Butoh-A-Go G0, and tripod dance collective. Compromise Strong athleticism, sharp detailed movements, and primal positioning are contained within this solo by Seattle’s Donna B. Isobel. Rooted in shadows, COMPROMISE explores the way past experiences untwist from the body in a visceral way, revealing hidden behaviors.
